Your Privacy at Oriva

What we collect

When you complete our intake form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and health information relevant to your care (medical history, symptoms, current medications). If you provide a payment method, your card details are tokenized and processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

Your information is used for one purpose: your care. Specifically, clinical intake, care planning, and communication between you and your care team. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not monetize your health information in any way.

HIPAA and your health data

Oriva provides services through licensed clinical partners who are HIPAA-covered entities. Your protected health information (PHI) is handled in accordance with HIPAA privacy and security standards. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies or collect personal data. We also use the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement purposes. The Meta Pixel may collect browsing activity on our site. You can opt out of Meta tracking through your Facebook ad settings or your browser’s privacy controls.

Third-party services

We use Stripe for payment processing and OpenLoop Health for clinical infrastructure. These partners access only the data necessary to provide their services and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. If you have questions about your privacy or how your data is handled, contact us at [email protected].
